Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when refunds are and are not available for paid BataNayaar Pro sessions. By purchasing a Pro session you agree to this policy.

What a Pro session is

A Pro session costs ₹50 and grants a single 30-minute chat session with the ability to choose your match preference. One purchase equals one session.

Non-refundable once started

A Pro session is a digital service delivered instantly and in real time. Once the session has begun, it is non-refundable. By starting your session you acknowledge that you waive any right to cancel for a refund.

Failed or duplicate payments

If you were charged but did not receive a session — for example, a failed transaction that was still debited, or an accidental duplicate charge — submit our contact form within 7 days with your Razorpay payment ID. We will investigate in good faith and refund eligible amounts to the original payment method.

If you lose your session window

Your Pro entitlement is valid for 30 minutes from purchase. Clearing your browser storage or leaving during this window forfeits the remaining time, and this is not eligible for a refund. We recommend completing your session in one sitting.

No refunds for bans or policy violations

If your access is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service, any unused time or purchase is forfeited and is not refundable.

How to request a refund

Submit our contact form with your Razorpay payment ID and a short description. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund and does not create any liability on our part beyond the eligible amount, if any.
